You do have to wonder if Tom has an idea of what Bill is doing. I do feel badly for him because he's being manipulated but the fact that Bill is unable to stop himself from doing it is so very sad to me. It's a level of desperation that has him feeling so guilty, he must be completely miserable all the time. Even with his brother curled around him, he can't really enjoy it because of his guilt. *sobs*
