Marvin's rolled up into a fluffy ball on the couch, so fast asleep he doesn't even twitch when Tom inches closer, red satin band in hand.
“Mate, you've got perverse decorating urges,” Harry's voice comes suddenly, making Tom jump. Marvin is off the couch, out of the room, faster than lightning. So damn close!
“Now that Marvin's gone, I could think of somebody else to put this on,” Tom quips, dangling the red band.
“Hey, if it'll make you feel better,” Harry shrugs, pulling the zipper of his pants down, “you sure it's long enough, though?”
