And writing is like a necessary evil...writing it down helps clear the head, otherwise they'd all haunt me and I'd just kind of sleep walk through the real life stuff haha

omg that is EXACTLY right, I try to explain that to people but they don't always get it. Like I'll trying to be doing something, but nope, when the twins want to be written, they won't leave my brain alone. They usually want to be written during such times as work meetings, family dinners or when I try to write something else. Any time I need to be concentrating. They run rampant (and naked) through my head until I just do it :D
